The Association for LGBTQ Equality in Israel is a national organization and a leading advocate for the LGBTQ community, working to advance full equality, well-being, and safety. It leads public campaigns for LGBTQ rights, supports local LGBTQ communities across the country, and provides services to community members and those close to them. Its listening service, “There Is Someone to Talk To,” offers support and information, while the Nir Katz Reporting Center assists people affected by discrimination, transphobia, hate, or harm related to sexual orientation or gender identity.

The association also provides professional, accessible emotional care through individual, couples, and family therapy clinics, as well as legal assistance covering family and employment law, immigration and residency status, and criminal matters. Additional resources include support for asylum seekers and new immigrants, educational lectures, guides, and information about LGBTQ rights and local government initiatives. Through research, reporting, community programs, and public advocacy, the association works to strengthen LGBTQ communities throughout Israel
