CenterLink is a nonprofit, member-based association that strengthens, supports, and connects LGBTQ+ community centers and other LGBTQ-serving organizations. Its network spans communities nationally and internationally, helping local and regional organizations promote connection, wellness, growth, and access to essential services. CenterLink offers membership that enables organizations to build relationships, share resources, learn from peers, and access support and funding opportunities. It also welcomes partners and donors who want to help sustain programs and strengthen LGBTQ+ communities.

Its programs address leadership, advocacy, health, aging, and youth services. The Leadership Institute develops leaders across its network of more than 350 centers. ActionLink connects centers with advocacy organizations for coordinated action, while HealthLink helps centers strengthen health and human services. SageLink, developed in partnership with SAGE, supports services for LGBTQ+ older adults and caregivers. YouthLink provides youth centers with networking, training, and capacity-building. CenterLink also offers a job board, events, community-center information, and a collaborative funding network, helping organizations find practical resources and work together toward lasting impact.
