Since its beginnings in 1964 as the Mandaue Timber Company, LH Paragon has evolved and expanded into various industries, including fashion retailing, wood distribution, real estate property development, food retailing, and healthcare services. One of its well-known brands is Penshoppe, a trailblazer in the retail and manufacturing industry.

Penshoppe has gained recognition for its innovative approaches, including being the first to use barcodes and electronic data processing in 1987, and extensively using digital embroidery in stitching in 1988. Today, Penshoppe is a national fashion brand with several boutiques across the country. LH Paragon's healthcare services arm, LH Prime Medical Clinic, provides comprehensive medical and diagnostic services.

It recently entered into a joint venture with Spain-based Keralty Group, bringing a more innovative approach to healthcare and patient services.
