About Liba Bröd
CafeLiba is a brand that combines love and fine ingredients to create exceptional flatbread dishes. With a rich heritage spanning several generations, continents, and food traditions, we pride ourselves on upholding the art, traditions, and craftsmanship needed for authentic oriental flatbread. From the sun-drenched slopes of the Qualamoun Mountains in Syria to Lebanon's coastal capital and all the way to Gothenburg in western Sweden, our history and heritage are truly diverse.
Founded by Nasif Fadel in 1992, we started as a small bakery with a strong will to succeed. With the support of his brother and wife, Nasif tirelessly experimented to perfect our special flatbread recipe. Additionally, Lasse Törnqvist, a treasured friend and mentor, played a pivotal role in our growth as an entrepreneur.
