Libby Edwards Galleries

Libby Edwards Galleries is a contemporary art gallery established in 1987 by founder Libby Edwards. Initially focused on promoting women artists who were under-represented, the gallery has grown into a destination for new and experienced art collectors. Based in South Yarra, Melbourne, it presents a dynamic, regularly changing selection of contemporary and investment artworks, with an extensive online stockroom for browsing and purchase.

The gallery offers works across a range of styles and subjects, including landscapes, portraits, abstract and figurative art, wildlife, still life, limited-edition prints and sculpture. Its collection features both contemporary artists and notable Modern Australian artists, and its exhibitions spotlight individual artists and curated selections. Art consultancy is available to help clients find work suited to their tastes and spaces; qualified consultants can also visit clients’ homes. The gallery’s ME Art Salon & Events is an artist-run, studio-first space for art salons, workshops and creative exchange, extending the gallery’s collaborative approach.
