About LiberalHistoryToday
LiberalHistoryToday is the online platform for the Liberal Democrat History Group, dedicated to promoting the discussion and research of topics related to the histories of the British Liberal Democrats and its predecessor parties, the Liberal Party and the SDP. Through their website, they offer a range of valuable resources for history enthusiasts, including the Journal of Liberal History, which covers the latest issues in the field. They also publish books and booklets, such as British Liberal Leaders and Liberal History: A concise history of the Liberal Party, SDP, and Liberal Democrats, providing readers with comprehensive insights into the liberal movement.
In addition, the group organizes regular speaker meetings and offers research assistance to those studying liberalism. Membership includes a subscription to the Journal and discounts on publications. Stay updated on the latest liberal achievements and join the discussion at LiberalHistoryToday
