Our therapy practice focuses on liberation-based therapy and mental health, providing a supportive environment where systemic and structural issues are not seen as personal failures. We center reassurance, relief, resistance, and creative activism in the therapeutic process, aiming to help you feel more connected to yourself and your relationships. In addition to individual, couple, and family/group therapy, we also offer cognitive liberation through wellness work and executive coaching.

We utilize a mix of psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, evidence-based psychology, and other healing practices to guide your growth and healing. Furthermore, we provide clinical support, supervision, and mentorship to BIPOC/LGBTQIA2S+/GNB social workers, therapists, counselors, and healers who desire to be seen and heard. We understand the barriers they face and aim to offer intentional support.
