Librarika

Librarika, operated by Raynux Pty Ltd in Perth, Australia, provides a free, web-based integrated library system (ILS) for schools, colleges, organizations, and home libraries. Designed for straightforward setup and use, the service lets libraries manage catalogs, materials, members, and everyday activity without installing or maintaining local software or hardware. Its free plan covers up to 2,000 titles or records and includes unlimited member accounts, with paid plans also available.

Each Librarika library includes an online public access catalog (OPAC), enabling members to search collections, place reservations, and access self-service features. Tools include overdue reminders, barcode-friendly workflows, reports, and support for multiple branches. Recent features include hold queues with pickup notifications, SAML2 single sign-on, SIP2 integration for library hardware, and MARC record import for bulk cataloging. The Librarika mobile app for iOS and Android supports catalog browsing, holds, self-service checkouts, push notifications, and library management on the go. Libraries can access the platform from internet-enabled devices, with no setup fee, long-term contract, or technical expertise required.
