Libre Choix

The Collectif pour le Libre Choix is a feminist, pro-choice community organization founded in 1989 in Estrie, Quebec. It works to defend the collective rights of women, trans men, non-binary, Two-Spirit and intersex people to choose whether to continue or end a pregnancy. Through popular education, advocacy and public mobilization, the Collectif raises awareness about reproductive rights, responds to challenges facing those rights, and encourages solidarity and community involvement.

Its activities include campaigns, events, public statements and educational resources, with updates shared through its news section and the L’Informative newsletter. The organization also distributes contraceptive supplies free of charge to anyone who requests them.
