Librerie Lumi

Librerie LUMI is a university-focused cooperative bookstore serving students and academic communities in Milan. With more than thirty years of experience and roots in the city’s university bookshops of the 1970s, it combines specialist knowledge with a broad selection of study materials and cultural offerings. Its physical bookstore operates at Piazza Montanelli 16 in Sesto San Giovanni, and its online shop allows customers to order books and course materials for home delivery.

The catalogue includes adopted textbooks, course packs, used books, academic publications, manuals, and general-interest titles, alongside stationery and school supplies. LUMI also publishes books and provides services such as photocopying, editing, tutoring, events, cultural initiatives, and information about competitions and scholarships. The team follows university programmes and helps students identify relevant materials and effective study resources. In addition to its specialist academic selection, the online shop features titles across subjects including sociology, languages, communication, history, and the arts. For the 2025–26 academic year, the company advertises free shipping for students at Milan universities using a specified discount code.
