Libretto Magazine | Oyo is an independent publishing company and online magazine of arts that aims to showcase the works of both emerging and established writers and artists. Their focus is on publishing fine and qualified works, considering diverse themes and races. They strongly believe that literature and arts should be celebrated for their aesthetics and have the power to inform, educate, and expose morals and ideals.

Libretto offers a diverse range of literary content, including prose fiction, short stories, non-fiction essays/memoirs, reviews/interviews, drama, poetry, spoken word, audio and video content, as well as photography and visual arts. They publish their magazine on a monthly and biannual basis, along with chapbooks. Submissions for publication are accepted via their submissions-guidelines page.

Founded by Nosakhare Collins in March 2019, Libretto aims to redefine new voices, exploring new themes, styles, and forms. They also organize monthly, biannual, and chapbook prize submissions to encourage writers to share their work. With a team of editors and advisors, Libretto is committed to promoting and celebrating the diverse voices within the literary and arts community
