Libro Aperto is an Italian festival and literary award dedicated to books for children and young people. Based in Baronissi, near Salerno, it brings young readers, authors, guests, schools, associations and the wider community together around literature and shared cultural experiences. Its young juries, made up of readers aged 7 to 19, evaluate selected books and choose the award winners.
The festival’s program extends beyond reading and book discussions.
