Lichtblick Verein für körper- & mehrfachbehinderte Menschen Neumünster e.V.

Lichtblick Neumünster e. V. is a self-help association for people with physical and multiple disabilities and their families in Neumünster, Germany. Founded in 2001, the association brings together more than 140 member families who share experiences, learn from one another, and work through challenges together. Its approach to self-help is rooted in mutual support: members encourage one another and help shape more positive lives for people with disabilities and their relatives. Lichtblick also gives people with disabilities a stronger public voice and promotes inclusive participation in the community.

The association offers practical support through several services. Its family support service provides advice and assistance to families of children, young people, and adults with disabilities. The outpatient service supports independent living, while school assistance helps children participate in lessons in cooperation with teachers and parents. Lichtblick also welcomes new members and supporters, offers opportunities to become a supporting member, and accepts one-time donations to help sustain its work.
