Lichtschipper

Lichtschipper is the practice of Saskia Schipper, offering personal support to women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery and early parenthood. Its approach centres on helping clients feel informed, empowered and in control, while making choices that suit their own needs and circumstances. Support is available for the journey to parenthood, as well as for people seeking greater energy, a lighter outlook or help addressing personal blocks.

Services include birth-plan consultations, which help expectant parents develop a clear plan over three sessions, and doula care during pregnancy and birth. Clients can also arrange postnatal doula support, a complete doula journey, postpartum assistance after maternity care ends, and the In de Gloria year-long programme for expectant parents. Additional offerings focus on energy work and wellbeing, including Access Bars, Spinal NRGY, TTC – Talking to the Chakras, Kundalini NRGY and Reconnective Healing. The practice also provides support with making parenting agreements.
