Lidr.io is a photo documentation and project management platform designed to help construction teams turn job-site images into organized, reliable project records. Its mobile app lets users capture photos and videos with date, time, GPS, and location details, then arrange them by project and stage. Teams can annotate images, add tags, titles, and notes, and collaborate by inviting colleagues or sharing project updates with clients and stakeholders.

The platform supports secure sharing through links and generates PDF reports that provide context for project documentation. Photos can sync automatically to cloud storage and tools such as OneDrive, while offline functionality helps users continue capturing information on remote sites without a signal. AI-powered search tools are also available on paid plans.

Lidr.io offers a free tier for basic photo management, alongside Essential and Pro subscriptions for individuals and high-volume users. Its custom Business plan adds administrative controls, team access management, analytics, onboarding, and account support. The service is intended to make field documentation clearer, more efficient, and easier to share.
