Its approach combines nutrition expertise with empathetic, structured guidance, aiming to help children explore unfamiliar foods without pressure and make mealtimes more relaxed.

Families can choose from a one-off consultation for practical advice, a multi-week individual support program available online or in person, or the 20-page Lieblingsesser Handbook, which explains possible reasons for selective eating and offers strategies parents can use at home. A free Lieblingsesser Compass quiz helps parents assess their child’s eating habits, and a guide answers common questions about children’s nutrition. Gießwein also shares information through social media and radio episodes. Consultations take place by appointment in Statzendorf, with additional appointments in St. Pölten and online.
