Liefdevol Zwanger

Liefdevol Zwanger is a pregnancy education brand founded by Kelly Verduijn, supporting expectant parents as they prepare for birth with confidence, calm and practical knowledge. Its courses are designed for pregnant women and their partners, helping them understand what to expect, learn techniques for relaxation and breathing, and make informed choices during labour. The approach combines practical, mental and emotional preparation, with partners actively involved as part of the birth team.

The course range includes an official HypnoBirthing® programme, offered in groups or privately, with five in-person lessons and course materials. The Liefdevolle Bevalling group course provides two in-person sessions, a reader and audio files. For families seeking a more tailored experience, Cursus Op Maat offers two individual sessions at home, with the option of an additional session. Group classes take place at Verloskundige Praktijk Artemis in Oudenbosch, while private courses are held at participants’ homes. The techniques are intended to be adaptable to home, hospital and medically indicated births.
