Liesbeth van Ammers

Liesbeth van Ammers | Practice for Energy and Bodywork is a personal wellbeing practice in Alkmaar, Netherlands, offering women a calm, supportive space to reconnect with their bodies and find greater rest, balance, and inner strength. Founded by Liesbeth van Ammers, the practice combines her background in youth care and family support with training in holistic massage and energetic bodywork. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded, with safety, personal choice, and each client’s needs at its heart.

Services include 60- and 90-minute holistic massages, using organic oil, natural scents, and soothing music, as well as 90-minute bodywork sessions tailored to what feels important in the moment. Touch is optional, and sessions may focus on relaxation, body awareness, or exploring physical sensations and recurring patterns. For clients seeking ongoing support, Liesbeth also offers a five-session, body-oriented program designed to allow time for deeper exploration and integration. The practice is especially intended for women beginning a personal development journey and looking for a safe first step toward greater connection with themselves.
