Life Changing Journey

Life Changing Journey is a Durban-based wellness organisation in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, bringing together personal development, holistic care and practical support. Rooted in African wisdom and the philosophy of Ubuntu, it takes an integrated approach that considers mental wellbeing, spirituality, community and people’s future goals.

The organisation offers six pathways through specialist practitioners and partners. Psychology services include individual therapy, assessments and support for trauma and stress, with attention to African psychology and Indigenous knowledge systems. Spiritual interventions include traditional cleansing, guidance and cultural heritage healing. Financial guidance covers personal and soft loans, SME financing and credit counselling, while hypnotherapy and life coaching focus on limiting beliefs, habits, confidence and goals.

Its integrated consulting services assist with registrations, clearances and licences, including fingerprint clearance and SACE, PSIRA and NCR-related services. Through the Nyezi Vuyani Foundation, the organisation also provides career guidance, mentorship, learner support and community development. Membership options offer access to services, resources and, at higher tiers, priority bookings, group sessions, coaching or workshops.
