Life Choices Clinic Lewiston Idaho

Life Choices Clinic is a nonprofit, licensed medical clinic serving Lewiston, Idaho, and people facing unplanned pregnancies. Operating under a licensed medical director, the clinic provides free, confidential services delivered by licensed professionals. Its offerings include pregnancy testing and limited ultrasounds to confirm pregnancy, assess how far along it is, and check for a viable uterine pregnancy. Ultrasounds are not used to determine gender or diagnose abnormalities, and eligibility criteria apply.

The clinic also offers family services, pregnancy support, after-abortion care, and educational information about abortion, adoption, and parenting. Staff provide compassionate, nonjudgmental assistance and phone support, and the clinic notes that some team members have personal experience with unplanned pregnancy and abortion. Spanish-speaking nurses and staff are available. Life Choices Clinic does not perform or refer for abortions and does not provide birth control services. It also shares educational resources online and invites clients to schedule appointments by phone, text, or through its website. Its stated mission is to help clients understand their options and find support.
