Lifegate Rehabilitation, also known as Lifegate Beit Jala or “Gateway to Life,” supports people with disabilities in the Holy Land, including Israel and the Palestinian territories, as well as in Jordan, Iraq, and Egypt. Its work focuses on helping children and young people develop the skills and confidence to live more independently through educational support, vocational training, and therapy. Lifegate also works closely with parents and siblings, encouraging families to take an active role in their children’s development. The organization’s approach is grounded in Christian faith and a belief in the dignity of every person.

Based in Beit Jala, Lifegate provides ongoing support that can include places in its early education and support programs, medical care, and therapeutic services. Its activities are funded through donations, services, and sales of products made in its workshop. Customers can browse these items through the Lifegate online shop. The organization also operates Lifegate Garden, a guesthouse offering accommodation for individual travelers and groups visiting the Holy Land, and shares news and updates about its work and community.
