Their primary purpose is to provide quality telephone and in-person support to those in distress. Lifeline Northern Beaches offers 24/7 Telephone Crisis Support, face-to-face counseling, financial counseling, and a Community Visitors Scheme.
They also provide support groups for various issues, training on specific topics, and operate Lifeline Shops where community members can donate goods and the profits go to Lifeline.
