Life Meant to Live

Life Meant to Live is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving women and families in Springfield, Missouri, and beyond. The organization provides a judgment-free, supportive environment for people who are undecided about a pregnancy, considering abortion, or facing a terminal diagnosis for their baby. Its team aims to help clients feel safe, respected, and cared for while offering accurate, nonjudgmental information about fetal development and pregnancy options.

Services include free ultrasounds for eligible clients, using 2D, 3D, 4D, and HD Live technology to provide dating and gestational information. Life Meant to Live also offers educational resources and personal support to help women make informed choices and move forward with confidence.
