Steve Austin

Life of Energy is a personal wellbeing and development practice led by Steve Austin in Colchester, Essex. Its aim is to help people build health, realise their potential and work towards meaningful goals through energy-focused and complementary services. Offerings include mentoring, spiritual life coaching, Qigong, karate and martial arts, healing, and Reiki healing. The website also features frequently asked questions, client testimonials, and blogs covering topics such as the Nag Hammadi texts and ancient builders.

Life of Energy takes an individual approach: clients can begin with a free, no-obligation discovery conversation to explore possible support. Steve and the client then agree on an initial plan, discuss progress and make adjustments as needs or goals change. The process concludes with a review of achievements and consideration of any further services that may be helpful. The practice presents its sessions as relaxing, positive and enlightening, while client testimonials describe personal experiences with the services. People can contact Steve by phone or email to discuss how he may be able to help.
