Bethesda Senior Living Communities

LifeStream Complete Senior Living is an Arizona nonprofit organization providing affordable senior housing and care in the greater Phoenix area. Established in 1975, it is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and part of the Bethesda Senior Living family of nonprofit communities. Its mission is to enrich older adults’ physical, emotional, and spiritual health through compassionate service and supportive living environments.

LifeStream offers several housing and care options to suit different needs and budgets, including affordable 55+ apartments, independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Residents can access wellness and lifestyle amenities while maintaining opportunities for social connection and active living. For residents with limited resources, the organization offers assistance through its Resident Assistance Fund, which helps offset rent costs. LifeStream also partners with Meals on Wheels, Arizona’s Long Term Care System, and local housing authorities, and provides grants to nonprofit agencies supporting older adults.
