LifeStyleRunning

RunURoute is a running route-planning app from LifeStyleRunning, designed to help runners create, measure, and prepare their own routes. Its interactive map lets users plot a route, adjust it by dragging route points, zoom in or out, and search for addresses worldwide. The app displays route distance in kilometres or miles and can export routes as GPX files for use with a sports watch or navigation device. Users can also share routes with friends through its import and export functions.

RunURoute includes tools to estimate running time and power based on pace per kilometre. For runners using a Stryd power meter, it can calculate the power required for a run type using their Critical Power. An elevation profile helps users assess climbs, gradients, and other changes in terrain before setting out. The service can be used on a smartphone by adding it to the home screen, with options for Apple and Android devices. RunURoute is actively developing new features and invites users to suggest improvements.
