They provide a wide range of ICT tools, services, and Virtual Research Environments (VREs) to support researchers, policy makers, and students in their work. With a focus on promoting open science and collaboration, LifeWatch ERIC offers access to resources and services through their catalogues, including 12 VREs, 1514 datasets, 126 services, 5 workflows, and 10 research sites.

They also offer a community platform, training resources, and a helpdesk for users. In addition, LifeWatch ERIC produces podcasts on various topics and hosts an annual conference. They are committed to addressing important issues such as gender-responsive climate strategies and nature restoration.
