Love International Film Festival Mons

The Love International Film Festival Mons is a Belgian film festival dedicated to exploring love, emotional life, diversity in relationships and human connection through cinema. Created in 1984, it takes place each year in March and brings together audiences, film enthusiasts, emerging artists and established figures from the film industry. Its international, diverse programme highlights original films and filmmakers from around the world, including many new works. The festival is a major cultural event in French-speaking Belgium, attracting more than 20,000 attendees and fostering encounters across generations and cultures.

Beyond its annual screenings, the festival extends its reach through events and screenings in other locations, and shares news and programme updates with its audience. Filmmakers can submit films for consideration, while industry professionals and the press can access accreditation and related resources. The festival also celebrates cinema personalities through its Wall of Fame and publishes awards and information about past editions. Its 42nd edition is scheduled for 12–20 March 2027 in Mons.
