Ligaya Wellness is a workplace mental health consultancy founded by Ligaya Lange, helping organizations put mental health support into practice. Drawing on corporate experience, professional training, and lived experience, Lange works with companies to address employee wellbeing in ways that reflect each organization’s culture, industry, and workforce. The consultancy’s services include manager training on recognizing concerns, discussing mental health, setting boundaries, and making referrals; workshops that help employees understand and prevent burnout; and custom presentations or webinars on workplace mental health topics.

Ligaya Wellness also develops multi-month education and support programs, tailored to employee needs and informed by data.
