Lightbulb Partners develops the Company Agent Platform, a governed operating layer that helps teams turn company objectives into coordinated, accountable work. Backbone orchestrates each operating path: it gathers relevant context, plans work, coordinates bounded contributions from specialists in areas such as finance, operations, product, and engineering, and preserves a record of sources, decisions, owners, and outcomes. Consequential actions can pause for explicit human approval before execution.

Lightbulb offers three ways to work with the platform. Teams can use the Lightbulb workspace to manage objectives and projects; developers can connect compatible hosts, including Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT, through Lightbulb MCP; and Python teams can use the beta SDK, with sync and async clients, authentication helpers, typed errors, and selected integration tools.
