Lighthouse Community Group provides personalized support for people with disabilities, helping them pursue greater independence, inclusion, and quality of life. Guided by a commitment to person-centered care, the organization works with individuals and their loved ones to develop support plans shaped around each person’s goals, needs, and preferences.
