Liitävät Lenkkarit

Liitävät Lenkkarit Oy is a Finnish running coaching business founded in 2022, offering dynamic, evidence-informed training with a professional and supportive approach. Its services are available across Finland and are designed around each runner’s individual goals, experience and needs. The coaching is varied and welcoming, supporting people who are beginning a lifestyle change as well as runners aiming for strong results in road races. Alongside running coaching, the company provides personal coaching for HYROX, an endurance sport that has grown in popularity in recent years.

Community is an important part of the Liitävät Lenkkarit experience. Members can take part in group runs, running courses and shared race events, as well as team social evenings that encourage connection beyond training. The company is part of the HCR running school network and works with Helsinki City Run to organize group runs and courses geared toward the HCR event. Liitävät Lenkkarit aims to help every client pursue their own definition of progress with positive encouragement, expert guidance and the companionship of a team.
