Like You

Like You by Mag is a personal coaching and wellbeing practice led by Maggy, a practitioner in psycho-sex therapy based in France. Its work focuses on helping people—especially women—build self-confidence, explore their identity and express their femininity in ways that feel authentic to them. The approach values individuality, creativity and freedom from social expectations, supporting clients as they identify their needs, values and aspirations.

Services include emotional detox coaching, image consulting, combined emotional and style coaching, femininity workshops, emotional eating workshops, dance-based activities and sex therapy. The practice also offers support for concerns such as desire difficulties, sexual dysfunction, changes associated with perimenopause and menopause, age-related androgen deficiency, and couples’ issues. Sessions are tailored to each person and draw on methods including cognitive behavioral and systemic approaches, sexocorporeal therapy, dance and image consulting. Maggy describes her role as listening, helping clients understand their needs and providing practical tools to encourage greater autonomy. Like You by Mag also offers a discovery call and a downloadable guide to simplifying wardrobe choices.
