Lilavélo is a bicycle rental business located opposite the ferry landings at Port-Joinville on the Île d’Yeu. It helps visitors explore the island’s trails and scenery with a broad range of bikes suited to different ages and riding plans. Options include classic bicycles, electric-assist bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, tandems, tag-along bikes, and trailers. Trailers can accommodate young children or dogs, and customers can also request a complimentary basket.

The business offers online reservations so visitors can secure their preferred model and dates, with advance booking recommended throughout the year and especially during the busy summer season. Rental prices decrease for longer hire periods, and payment is made when the bike is returned. Lilavélo says its bicycles are French brands and are checked between rentals. Helmets and safety equipment, locks, and practical riding advice are available, while a luggage storage service lets customers leave bags during a ride. The team also provides personalized service to help guests choose a suitable bicycle and enjoy their stay.
