Lillesand padleklubb

Lillesand Padleklubb is a sports club and outdoor recreation organisation based in Lillesand, Norway, welcoming active members from across the region. Founded in 1990, the club serves people from age six to around 80 and works toward its motto, “Paddling enjoyment for everyone. ” Its activities focus on sea kayaking in the local archipelago, with guided trips, group paddles, courses and member evenings throughout the year.

The club also offers activities for children and young people, families, and people with different abilities, including adapted paddling. During winter, members can practise in the heated pool at Møglestuhallen on most Sundays. Based at Verven Coastal Culture Centre, the club has an accessible floating dock designed to support people with reduced mobility and make launching kayaks easier.

Members can use the equipment needed for kayaking, while bringing their own personal clothing and trip supplies; children can also borrow life jackets, wetsuits and water shoes. Lillesand Padleklubb provides an inclusive, social setting for learning, building confidence and enjoying outdoor life on the water
