LI~LY by Aiden Byrne is an independent, owner-operated fine-dining restaurant in Knutsford, Cheshire, near Manchester. Led by chef-owner Aiden Byrne and Sarah, it offers an intimate, welcoming setting in a restored historic building, preserving features that reflect the town’s heritage. Named after the LI-LY River, a small waterway associated with Knutsford, the restaurant places local community and hospitality at the heart of its approach.

Its food philosophy emphasizes sustainability, quality and regional produce, sourced from trusted local suppliers where possible. Guests can choose seasonal five-course and nine-course menus, which change throughout the year. The five-course menu is served at lunch and on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, while the nine-course menu is available Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. A curated drinks selection includes celebrated wines and rare vintages, with paired drink flights to complement meals.
