“ΝΟΛ” was founded in 1962 by a group of Limassolians and is one of the oldest nautical clubs in Cyprus with over 50 years of history in water sports and counting more than 400 members and a total of 800 athletes in five division; Sailing, Swimming, Rowing, Canoe-Kayaking and Water Polo. One of the first sports introduced at “ΝΟΛ” was Sailing. “ΝΟΛ” is based in a convenient location at the seafront of Limassol between Historical city center and the famous Tourist Area. Limassol Nautical Club’s athletes participate every year in the national championships in Sailing, Swimming, Rowing, Canoeing-Kayaking, Waterpolo. Numerous athletes of the Club based on their performance participate every year in International Championships like Youth Windsurfing Championships, Youth World Sailing Championships, European Olympic Youth Festival, Indoor Rowing World Championship, Rowing World Championships, in the Olympic Games and World Championships at the categories of Sailing and Swimming. About Limassol Nautical Club
Limassol Nautical Club is one of Cyprus' biggest Nautical Clubs, dedicated to engaging young individuals in nautical and watersports activities. Their mission is to promote wellness and elite performance training through these sports and contribute to the growth and development of the nautical sports scene on the island. The club offers various courses and training programs in sailing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, rowing, water polo, and triathlon.
Members also have access to their corporate E-shop and can hire club spaces for events or team-building activities. Limassol Nautical Club is proud of its Hall of Fame, which includes accomplished athletes like Pavlos Kontides, an Olympic mentalist. The club also actively encourages sponsorship opportunities and collaborations to support its initiatives.
