Sportadmin, part of Lime Sportadmin, provides an integrated management platform designed for swim schools. Built on around 20 years of experience in the swimming industry, the system brings registrations, scheduling, payments, communication and swimmer progress together in one place. Its tools help schools manage sign-ups and waiting lists, match swimmers with suitable classes, and coordinate groups, instructors and pools.

A weekly assistant makes class availability and occupancy easier to review, while payment and finance features track collections, outstanding amounts and upcoming direct debits. Automated collection runs can be sent to the bank and reconciled without manually uploading SEPA files. For teaching teams, the student-tracking system records skills lesson by lesson and indicates when swimmers may be ready to advance.

Communication features help schools contact parents about updates such as lesson changes, progress or payments due. Sportadmin aims to support daily operations while keeping swim schools in control of their decisions
