Limen Recovery + Wellness is a dedicated 501(c)(3) organization located in Delaware, committed to supporting individuals facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Founded in 1969, Limen offers a transformative approach through its innovative Limen Recovery Model, which emphasizes comprehensive care tailored to individual needs. The organization operates four recovery homes and collaborates with TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services, ensuring that clients receive guidance on their journey to long-term sobriety and wellness.

Limen provides a variety of services, including Intensive Outpatient and regular Outpatient counseling, a Sober Living Program rooted in a 12-step model, and an upcoming Treatment Center focused on holistic wellness across seven dimensions: mental, physical, social, financial, spiritual, environmental, and vocational.
