The Abraham Lincoln High School Alumni Association of San Francisco is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to fostering connections among alumni and the current Mustang family. Established to honor the legacy of Lincoln High School, the association supports its community through various initiatives including scholarships and teacher mini-grants. Led by a passionate board of volunteer alumni and community members, the association hosts numerous events such as reunions, a car show, and provides updates through the Alumni Lincoln Log newsletter.

Members can join the association for an annual fee, which helps sustain its efforts while connecting graduates with essential alumni news and events. The organization also encourages volunteers to assist with events and administrative tasks. In addition to membership, donations can be made year-round to further fund their activities.
