Linds Handmade Retreat, hosted by Linds Handmade LLC, is a hands-on gathering for bag makers and sewing enthusiasts focused on building skills, confidence, and community. Iakovos Retreat Center in Kansasville, Wisconsin. Participants will work on bag-making projects, including the Monroe Handbag, Brooke bifold wallet, and Tracy wristlet, while practicing techniques such as rolled handles, drop-in linings, gussets, snap installation, edge painting, and appliqué. Class kits and required project materials are included, and attendees may bring their preferred tools and sewing machine.
A limited number of rental machines and single-occupancy rooms are available for additional fees. The event also offers meals, entertainment, games, and opportunities to connect with fellow makers and instructors.
