Linfa is a nonprofit volunteer association based in Vicenza, Italy, dedicated to cancer prevention, early diagnosis, psychosocial support and public awareness. It helps people access specialist care promptly through 14 outpatient clinics and its Oncology Emergency Service (PSO), which arranges free appointments and connects patients with appropriate specialists, generally within 24 to 48 hours. The service operates nationally and supports patients through diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and follow-up, with expertise across areas including breast health, urology, gynecology and dermatology, as well as psychological support.

Linfa also provides breast diagnostic services through a personalized senology center. Its examinations include color Doppler ultrasound and elastosonography, which assess blood flow and tissue elasticity to support diagnosis and follow-up; artificial intelligence is also used as an additional aid during examinations. Alongside clinical services, the association promotes prevention through informational materials, public meetings and school partnerships, and works to expand research projects and trials. Linfa invites the community to support its work through donations, membership and contact with the association.
