LINKS is a brand funded by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) with a primary focus on promoting and facilitating investment, as well as supporting private sector innovations in Nigeria. The aim of LINKS is to make Nigeria's economy more competitive, productive, greener, and inclusive. Initially intended to run from 2019 to 2026 with a budget of £67.5 million, the program closed in July 2023 due to FCDO budget cuts, but still managed to achieve significant impacts.

One of the key areas of focus for LINKS was "green growth," which involved working on climate-smart agriculture and green innovation. The program piloted and scaled green innovations in the agribusiness sector, with a particular emphasis on reducing methane emissions, increasing rice cultivation yield, introducing regenerative agricultural practices, establishing a Carbon Project, and exploring sustainable alternatives to cotton production.

LINKS collaborated with private sector firms, service providers, and aggregators to attract private sector investment and facilitate financial flows into the Northern Nigeria region. Overall, LINKS has played an active role in fostering economic growth, promoting sustainable practices, and driving innovation in Nigeria.
