GO RAMS is a team playbook resource for a first- and second-grade flag football team. Its focus is the team’s 3-3 defense, with materials organized to help players and coaches access information about the team’s plays and practice. The site includes a Plays section, videos, printable posters, and a Print option, providing several ways to review or use the playbook.

A Practice section is also available for team preparation. Access to the playbook is protected by a team password, and visitors who need it are directed to ask a coach. The site identifies the team with the GO RAMS name and presents its materials as resources for the flag team rather than as general football instruction.

It also lists dated updates for the defensive videos and posters, helping users distinguish the versions shown. Overall, GO RAMS serves as a focused digital hub for sharing the team’s defensive play information and related materials with its young players and coaches
