The Lino Spiteri Foundation for Inclusive Employment, located in Msida, is a social purpose foundation committed to promoting the sustainable employment of individuals with disabilities. Established in 2015 as a public social partnership between JobsPlus and Empower Coop Ltd, the foundation focuses on two primary client groups: job seekers and employers. For job seekers, the Lino Spiteri Foundation provides a range of soft skills training and on-the-job support, enabling individuals to maximize their potential.

The foundation also offers initial registration, advisory assistance, and job search support to all registered disabled persons. In close collaboration with employers, the Lino Spiteri Foundation strives to streamline the recruitment process, serving as a one-stop-shop resource. Additionally, the foundation offers long-term assistance with employee retention and development within companies, fostering a sustainable and inclusive work environment.

With a track record of supporting over 980 companies and 780 individuals in employment, the Lino Spiteri Foundation is dedicated to breaking down barriers and promoting inclusivity in the labor market.
