Kunstroute

The Linschotense Kunstroute is a community arts event that brings together artists, residents and visitors in the village of Linschoten. Its 14th edition is scheduled for Friday evening, May 21, and Saturday, May 22, 2027. The route invites visitors to explore artworks displayed in local homes, gardens and other distinctive locations, creating opportunities to encounter art and connect with the people who make and host it.

The 2027 theme, “Van Huys naar huis” (“From Huys to home”), encourages reflection on what a home means and how it shapes our associations and experiences. A special part of the route will include Huis te Linschoten, where the gate will be open and the coach house, garden and long avenue will form part of the event.

The Kunstroute features a range of creative work, including sculpture, painting, ceramics and jewellery. Organisers also highlight a musical opening evening on the church square. They welcome sponsorship and contributions to the event’s organisation, and share news through their website, Facebook and Instagram.
