Light Group of Schools (LGS) is a well-established network with campuses in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Malindi. Our co-educational day and boarding schools welcome students from diverse backgrounds, offering education from Kindergarten (ages 3–5) through A-Levels (Year 7 to Year 13).

About Light Group of Schools
Welcome to Light Group of Schools, an international school in Kenya with branches located in Nairobi, Mombasa, and Malindi. We are dedicated to providing a stimulating and caring learning environment for our students. At Light International Schools, we go beyond academic excellence and strive to nurture socially responsible and culturally sensitive individuals who are truly global citizens.
Our schools offer a comprehensive British curriculum, from kindergarten to A levels, and follow the IGCSE framework. Choose a city that suits you best: Nairobi, Mombasa, or Malindi. Our Nairobi campuses include LIS Nairobi Karen, LIS Primary Nairobi Lavington, and LIS KG Nairobi Lenana.
In Mombasa, we have LIS Mombasa Nyali, and in Malindi, we have LIS Malindi. We are committed to modern learning and have integrated technology into our education model. Our students have access to learning management systems such as Coolsis, Google Suite for Education, Mathletics, Reading Eggs, and Zoom.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we seamlessly transitioned to online education, ensuring our students' continued academic progress. We also offer internship opportunities for our A level students, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in their desired career fields. Our students have had the privilege of interning with reputable companies such as Skyward Express, Ogola Okello & Company, DT Dobie, Fine Engineering, Heart Rhythm Center, and more.
