Long Island Spine Rehabilitation Medicine

Long Island Spine Rehabilitation Medicine is a Long Island-based practice specializing in comprehensive and interventional spine, sports, and musculoskeletal care. With five offices serving communities including East Meadow, Great Neck, Lawrence, and Huntington, the practice aims to make pain relief accessible, including same-day spine appointments at select locations. Its physicians are physiatrists, specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation who emphasize treating the whole person and generally pursue non-surgical options before surgery.

The practice evaluates and treats acute and chronic back and neck pain, spinal conditions such as disc herniation, sciatica, and spinal stenosis, and musculoskeletal concerns including shoulder, hip, knee, and joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and muscle strains. It also provides care for acute concussions and post-concussion conditions. Services include diagnostic testing such as EMG and nerve conduction studies and musculoskeletal ultrasound, as well as spinal injections, acupuncture, PEMF therapy, and regenerative treatments including PRP therapy and prolotherapy. Patients can request consultations, access a patient portal for appointments and account updates, and find insurance and new-patient resources.
