Ontario Minor Hockey

Listowel Minor Hockey Association (LMHA) is a community-based organization dedicated to youth hockey in Listowel. It supports players and families through organized programs that emphasize skill development, teamwork, participation, and enjoyment of the game. The association serves a range of age divisions, from introductory and under-seven programs through U21, and fields teams that play local games and tournaments.

LMHA offers registration for the hockey season, team information, player development opportunities, and resources for coaches, trainers, and parents. Its development activities include power skating sessions and goalie clinics, while tournament programming includes the Gord Hymers Jr. Jamboree and the Gord Hymers U11 Tournament. The association also shares guidance on player safety, equipment, concussion awareness, respectful conduct, and coach education.

Beyond on-ice programs, LMHA encourages community involvement through initiatives such as its volunteer-run Community Closet, which redistributes gently used hockey equipment to local players at no cost. Families can find schedules, scores, news, registration details, and organizational policies through the association’s website.
