About littleGIANT intl
Little Giants is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the social and emotional development of children in Guatemala. Their mission is to empower young people to become active citizens who contribute to a positive future. By expanding children's dreams, enriching their knowledge, developing their talents, and nurturing their social responsibility, Little Giants aims to create new paths for underprivileged youth.
Little Giants provides an integral after-school educational experience for children aged 4 to 17. Through a program of interdisciplinary activities, they strengthen the children's knowledge, creativity, cooperation, and social responsibility. Emotional intelligence and social emotional learning are core components of their approach, recognizing that these skills are just as important as academic knowledge.
The organization is dedicated to holistic education, encompassing academic, sports, arts, project-based learning with social impact, community engagement, and family involvement.
